We want you to enjoy a hassle-free efficient shopping experience at Emerald Classics.  Your custom is important to us and we have created a website that we hope makes finding and purchasing your parts very easy.

You may have some questions which we answer here.  If you have another question please send it through the contact page and we will include the answer here for the benefit of others.

 

  •  What if the part I need is not in stock?

We display mainly the parts we find are usually sought after.  Of course all classic bikes require they’re own unique parts.

  • What if I don’t have a Paypal account?

A Paypal account is not needed to make a payment on Emerald Motorcycles.  For now we use Paypal as a secure and convenient payment gateway system.  The shopping experience is identical all the way to payment when you are given the choice to enter your billing details or to login into your Paypal account.

  • How long before my parts arrive?

We ship all products through standard post which for Ireland would take 2-3 days and to Britain 4-5 days.  All other places should allow at least 6 working days.  If you need a part sooner we are happy to arrange courier or fast post. In this case please call us and we can make arrangements over the phone.
